Ruvin Bros. is pleased to welcome Jason Gaare as President. Tony Enea will continue to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer, with Jason joining the leadership team to further strengthen operations and support the continued growth of the business.

Jason brings over two decades of leadership experience focused on operations, process improvement, and building high-performing teams. He is deeply committed to a customer-centered approach, ensuring that every aspect of the business delivers an extraordinary client experience.

Throughout his career, Jason has led multiple businesses with a strong emphasis on driving efficiency, improving execution, and delivering consistent results in both growth and challenging market environments. His approach centers on aligning people, processes, and technology to create scalable, sustainable performance.

This foundation in operational leadership, combined with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, has shaped how he approaches both team development and long-term business strategy.

Most recently, Jason served as President of KG Stevens, where he oversaw operations and strategic initiatives across the business. During his time there, he had the privilege of working closely with Ruvin Bros. as a customer.

Through that partnership, he developed a deep respect for the Ruvin team, from our craftsmanship and professionalism to the way we consistently deliver exceptional, high-quality projects.
